FAQs

We're always happy to help in any way we can, but the frequently asked questions might solve your issue sooner.

FAQs

What type of equipment can you offer?

We specialise in precision liquid filling across a variety of industries and can offer pneumatic and servo drive positive displacement pumps, and positive shut off nozzles.  Please visit our product page for further information: https://www.fillers.co.uk/products

Which type of equipment will I need, and what are the prices?

Equipment and Prices will vary depending on the application and equipment specification required.  Starting the process with an Enquiry form gives us an idea of what your project involves, and we can then provide a scope for pricing and equipment needed.  The enquiry form can be found at the bottom of this page.

How quicky can I get spares?

We hold vast amounts of common spare parts in house to avoid long lead times and minimise down time to get you back up and running quickly.  For further information on this, please call us or email debbie@fillers.co.uk

What are the lead times for the equipment/new orders?

At present our lead times are around 10 to 12 weeks shipment for standard pumps and nozzles after order is placed.  Lead times for spare parts can vary, so please contact our accounts and spares department for lead times on spares.

Do you offer any training for the equipment?

Yes we do! We offer free training at our workshop in Hampshire.

What do I do if my pump breaks down?

Although this is rare, the best option is to return the faulty equipment to us for assessment and overhaul.  We also have a mobile technician who can come and visit you to check over the pump and replace part(s) if possible.  If not, a return visit with the part needed will be arranged.

Can someone visit our site to see what pumps and equipment we may need/Advise on how the equipment can be integrated into our machine?

For UK sites, our mobile technician can come to your place of work during the application stage to evaluate what pumps and set up will work best for you.  Alternatively, we can also offer advise over video call.

What are the steps and timings of working with you?

We have made a handy guideline of how long things can take, from our initial conversations to the delivery of your equipment. Please note that varying factors may alter timings; for example, if your project requires specialist equipment, this may take longer to quote.
