We are pleased to announce we are working with Zaxis to provide high quality and accurate leak testing equipment. For over 25 years, Zaxis has been the premier manufacturer of air leak testing machines for manufacturing productions.
Air Leak Testers
Their air leak testers are capable of a variety of air leak detection methods, come in various sizes and configurations, and have many innovative air leak testing accessories and fixtures available to meet your specifications.
Z5 Tester
Our new Z5 and Z8 benchtop leak testers offer up to 4-channels in a compact footprint. Featuring a 5” or 8” touch screen interface, our Z5/Z8 series leak testers are very user friendly. Its modular design allows for future upgrades to more valves, sensors, channels, and test types. The Z5 has all the same great features as our Z8, but in a smaller footprint. It’s perfect for production environments with limited space.
Z8 Leak Tester
The most sizable leak tester in the Zaxis family is the Z8. Featuring a broad 8-inch touch screen interface, the Zaxis Z8 is easy to see, set up, and run. Its large internal capacity allows for more valves and sensors, resulting in a greater number of potential configurations.
Zaxis New Line Information
Z-AXIS are proud to announce their newest and best generation of air leak testers, the Zaxis Z1, Z5, and Z8. As they switch over their production lines, they will be sunsetting their older leak testers. They stopped accepting orders for their 7i leak tester on 9/30/24 (replaced by the Z8). They will stop accepting orders for the Isaac HD and iKit leak testers on 12/31/24 (replaced by the Z5 and Z1 respectively).
Support will continue for existing Isaac HD, iKit, and 7i units until December 31, 2027. The new Z-series of leak testers, which have been extensively tested over the past two years, provide superior performance compared to their previous models. For any acknowledged Purchase Order still in production, we strongly advise you to contact the sales team and request to switch your PO to the new Z-series.
