Repeatable Dispensing Accuracies
Performance and reliability combines with requirements of FDA compliant applications as the 2BFC pump range. Extensive use of 316L stainless steel for product contact parts with seals at a minimum, the 2BFC with 1” 1.5” or 2” drive, with accuracy repeatable over millions of cycles that will be better than +/- ½%. Application dependent cycling speeds up to 150 per minute can be achieved, with simple liquids and solutions via check valves, or with ceramic rotary valve to suit thicker products with or without particulates.
