FAQs
Here are some of our most common questions to help you with your search
What type of equipment can you offer?
We specialise in precision liquid filling across a wide range of industries. Our equipment includes pneumatic and servo-driven positive displacement pumps, positive shut-off nozzles, and we are proud to supply leak testing equipment. Please visit our Product Page for more details.
Which type of equipment will I need, and what are the prices?
The right equipment depends on your application and specification. By completing our Enquiry Form, we can better understand your project requirements and provide you with tailored pricing and equipment recommendations.
How quicky can I get spares?
We stock a wide range of common spare parts in-house to avoid long delays and minimise downtime, helping you get back up and running as quickly as possible. For further details, please call us or email debbie@fillers.co.uk
What are the lead times for the equipment/new orders?
Our current lead time for standard equipment is approximately 8–10 weeks from order to shipment from suppliers to our site in the UK.
For projects requiring custom design or modifications, the timeline may be longer depending on the scope of work involved. Our team will be happy to discuss your specific requirements and provide a tailored estimate.
Lead times for spare parts can vary, so we recommend contacting our Accounts and Spares Department directly for the most up-to-date information.
Can someone visit our site to see what pumps and equipment we may need/Advise on how the equipment can be integrated into our machine?
Yes. For UK sites, our mobile technician can visit your workplace during the application stage to assess which pumps and set-up will work best for you. We can also offer remote advice via video call if preferred.
What do I do if my equipment breaks down?
Although breakdowns are rare, the best option is usually to return the faulty equipment to us for assessment and overhaul. Alternatively, our mobile technician can visit your site to check the equipment and, if possible, replace the required part on the spot. If not, a return visit will be arranged once the part is available.
Do you provide after-sales support and training?
Yes. We are committed to supporting our customers beyond delivery. Our team can provide training on how to get the best from your equipment, as well as ongoing technical advice and servicing support. This ensures your machinery continues to perform at its best throughout its lifecycle.

This relationship has gone from strength to strength no matter the questions or comments Hi-Tech will always responded and spend time with our technicians supporting and explaining the pump system. There service has been excellent to this point I wish some of the bigger companies would a take a leaf from there book.
