Now Hi-Tech Machinery Limited have developed ServoDrive systems which preserve these features and provide the additional benefits of electronic control demanded by today's sophisticated manufacturing processes.Single and multihead systems, with drives, designed to meet precise application needs are combined with the latest digital control facilities to ensure flexibility of installation in almost any packaging or dispensing situation.

Illustrated to the left are the Hibar 5F6C1046 (1 Litre) and Hibar 2BC20 (20ml) pumps incorporating Omron servo drive motor and integral encoder with linear motion transmitting via SKF precision ball screw assembly. This combination ensures durability and linear incremental control to within 5 microns. All pumps within the Hibar range are available in the ServoDrive configuration.

To complement the ServoDrive system, the hibar 1B check valve pump has also been fitted with a SMAC moving coil linear drive, providing linear incremental control to 1 micron where required. The SmacDrive system will dispense from a few microlitres up to 2.5ml with unsurpassed repeat accuracy. System simplicity assures a cost effective solution to providing individual dispense control in multihead applications.
