	The Hibar Capsule Filling Machine is a semi-automatic capsule filling machine for dispensing high accuracy shots of thixotropic, heated or oil products into hard gelatin capsule shells. Pump sizes are available in sizes up to 2.5ml. The rotary valve pump head and product hopper are designed for easy removal and cleandown and the electrical heaters are constantly monitored by digital controllers. The system is PLC controlled, utilises a traversing head driven via precision stepper motor and is equipped with vertical movement to provide a bottom up fill. The Hibar capsule filling machine accepts capsules from size 0 to 4.
